Objectives:
Students who complete this subject should be able to:
- demonstrate a specialist understanding of the subject being studied;
- use Indonesian (or Malay/Malaysian) language sources for purposes of research;
- conduct independent research.
Content:
An approved topic in Indonesian language, linguistics, literature, or another appropriate topic in Indonesian/Malaysian studies selected in consultation with the coordinator.
Assessment:
A 12,000 word thesis.
