Objectives:
Students completing this subject should be able to:
- undertake independent research in Arabic Studies or Islamic Studies in areas of interest to them and consistent with the aim of the subject;
- present the findings of their research in a scholarly manner.
Content:
Readings can be in any of the following two areas: Arabic literature or Islamic Studies.
Assessment:
Up to 3 essays totalling no more than 6,000 words.
