Objectives:
Students completing this subject should, in addition to the above:
- have an understanding of the theoretical issues associated with the practice of connoisseurship.
Content:
The subject deals with selected methodological problems in art history including connoisseurship and collecting.
Assessment:
Written work which may comprise class papers, essays, visual tests or take-home examinations totalling about 6,000 words.
