Objectives:
Students on completion of the subject should have developed critical techniques in the reading, analysis and interpretation of literary texts.
Content:
Wide reading and discussion of literary texts; advanced linguistic topics.
Assessment:
Regular exercises and class tests (50 per cent) and a 2-hour examination (50 per cent).
