The subject is composed of two elements: (i) One of Beginners Latin B; Intermediate Latin B; Intermediate Latin D; Advanced Latin B; Advanced Latin D (50%). (ii) An advanced topic on Roman Literature and Society involving an introduction to research techniques in Classical Studies (50%). Written work, tests and examinations totalling no more than 6,000 words.
