<OBJECTIVES>By the end of this subject students will have learnt to use the knowledge of Chinese gained in their first two years to read and speak about Chinese economy, society, education and philosophy in Chinese.
<CONTENT>Advanced spoken and written Chinese for students who have completed Chinese 3A.
<ASSESSMENT>One oral examination (10 minutes); one written examination (3 hours); classwork to a maximum of 1,800 words. Students will be required to attend a minimum of 70% of all classes in order to be eligible to take the examinations.
