University secretary to publish statutes and regulations

1.4.1 The university secretary must publish all statutes and regulations in a form approved by the Council accessible throughout the University and must provide all members of the Council and of the committee of convocation, and at such places as the Council determines, access to a copy of all statues and regulations of the Council in force from time to time.

University secretary to publish standing resolutions of the Council

1.4.2 The university secretary must publish all standing resolutions made by the Council in a form approved by the Council accessible throughout the University and must provide all members of the Council access to a copy of the standing resolutions in force from time to time.

Academic registrar to publish student information 1

1.4.3 (1) The academic registrar must publish at least annually in a form approved either by the Council or by the Board, as appropriate, handbook and other academic and student information as required by a statute or a regulation.

(2) Where a statute or regulation contains academic and student information which directly affects students the information must be provided to them on enrolment and re-enrolment.2 Except where the Council or the Board determines that extraordinary circumstances require an immediate change to be made to the statute or regulation, no change may be made which comes into effect prior to the commencement of the next succeeding academic year.
