- One exhibition is to be awarded annually to the student awarded the highest mark in a subject, to be determined from time to time by the dean of Melbourne Law School, in the field of labour law.
- One exhibition will be awarded annually to each student participating in the Jessup Moot.
- The sum and any surplus income and accumulations and additions to the sum must be invested as Council from time to time directs.
