Regulation 10.1.R1 - Directions Regarding Details of Fees

Academic Transcripts

Students whose records are stored electronically

For any student whose entire academic record is stored electronically, the fee for an academic transcript, statement of enrolment or statement of qualification is $15.00 each.

For a student whose entire academic record is stored electronically, the fee for a statement of enrolment or statement of qualification with a hand written signature is $20.00 each.

Students whose records are not stored electronically

For any student whose entire academic record is not stored electronically, the fee for an academic transcript, statement of enrolment or statement of qualification is $30.00 each. Additional copies are $15.00 each if ordered in the same request.

Replacement Student Cards

The fee for a replacement student card is $20.00.

Reinstatement of Enrolment following cancellation for non-payment

The reinstatement fee is $100.00

Late Re-Enrolment Fee

A fee of $250.00 is payable by students who re-enrol or are re-instated after the closing date following failure to re-enrol.

Late Payment Fee

The late payment fee is $100.00 except where a second invoice has been sent to the student when a further late fee of $200.00 may be payable by HECS students in lieu of termination of enrolment.

Replacement Testamurs

The fee for replacing a lost or destroyed testamur is $100.00. The fee for the reissue of a testamur in a new name is $150.00
