Resolution taken to have been passed pursuant to Section 14A of the Melbourne University Act 1958

University of Mebourne Financial Statements for 2003

Council agreed to the recommendation of the Finance Committee from its meeting of 22 March 2004 , as follows:

• adoption of the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2003 as circulated; and
• that Council authorise the Vice-Chancellor and the Chief Financial Officer to sign the financial statements on behalf of the University, once they have been cleared by auditors.
