Election to Council
NOTICE OF BALLOT
Notice is hereby given that a ballot is to be held for:
ONE member of Council elected by and from the academic staff who are not professors of the University
The following nominations have been received.
An electronic ballot will be held from 9-00am on Monday 21st May to 5-00pm on Friday 25th May. ONLY ACADEMIC STAFF WHO ARE NOT PROFESSORS MAY VOTE IN THIS ELECTION.
The voting site is at https://vote.unimelb.edu.au/
Hard copy voting papers will be mailed to all eligible staff who are on leave at the time of the electronic ballot.
Any person who is unable to vote electronically and who does not receive papers via mail may obtain voting papers by application in writing (email is acceptable) at least 14 days before the close of voting, to Steve Halliwell, University Secretary’s Department, Level 6, Raymond Priestley Building or to firstname.lastname@example.org together with such proof of eligibility as may be required. All enquiries should be directed to Steve Halliwell at the email address above.
